This letter is written to the manufacturer retailer or wholesaler by the consumer or business owner or manager. The order letter needs to include information related to the product required, quantity required, model number, and expected price and sometimes it also includes payment with the letter. Office memorandum is yet another type of letter which is usually short and up to the point. They are usually used to pass on quick messages at work including change in policies, meeting hours or information that is helpful to the employees work in general.

Legal Acceptance letters are official business letters that are used for international clients in a business. They have detailed description of the laws and regulations which dealing with clients from various countries.
